At Irvine Spectrum Center expansion, no detail is too small

Finishing touches are being applied to Irvine Spectrum Center’s $200 million expansion. This summer and into next year, 30 new stores and restaurants will open in four new buildings.

New tenants will range from local retailers and restaurants to international brands, including Hello Kitty, Sephora, Stance (an Orange County-based socks retailer), Afters Ice Cream and The Denim Lab, among many others.

Meanwhile, $20 million is providing major outdoor enhancements, including comfortable furniture and landscaping accented with decades-old olive trees and heritage pines.

All facets of the expansion are being guided by Irvine Spectrum Center’s reputation for quality — and the unique experiences the center offers its 17 million annual visitors.
