Irvine is the best city to live in Southern California, according to the review site Niche.com.
Niche ranked Irvine No. 10 nationwide on its 2022 Best Cities to Live in America list.
Grading takes into account the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment and access to amenities to measure the overall quality of an area.
“First and foremost, Irvine is a beautiful and clean city,” one reviewer wrote on Niche. “Almost everywhere you go, it is very well maintained and manicured. It’s very organized and thought out.”
Niche also ranked Irvine the third healthiest city in America and fifth in cities with the best public schools in America.
