Celebrate the holidays at the city’s monthlong winter celebration at the Great Park, transformed into a winterscape with holiday-themed art, music and decorations.
You can take a stroll through the Palm Court, adorned with decorations and a larger-than-life airplane playfully taken over by the Grinch. Artist Studios will feature interactive displays and selfie stations.
A Pajama Party Movie Night will take place Dec. 10. Registration is required at yourirvine.org.
Holidayz at the Park will take place through Jan. 1, daily from dusk to 9:30 p.m.
The city will also host its annual holiday tree lighting ceremony from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Dec. 3. The free event at the Irvine Civic Center will feature visits with Santa Claus, live holiday music, games, crafts and a winter-themed train route.
