Portola Springs celebrated the grand opening of three new neighborhoods last month.
Perched atop the foothills of Irvine, the communities of Fiore, Azul and Cielo will provide 309 new single-family homes. They offer views overlooking the city, exceptional schools and easy access to jobs, shopping and open space.
“We saw these communities being built, and they looked attractive, so we ventured out,” said Tracy Mamann during a model-home tour at Azul. “The location is perfect – with its southern exposure and its western sunset views.”
The new homes range from 2,035 square feet with three bedrooms to 3,473 square feet with five bedrooms. They come with panoramic sliding glass doors for indoor-outdoor living, volume ceilings, lofts, whole-house fans and smartphone-controlled lights and thermostats.
“You’ve got a bigger view and an expansive window area taking advantage of that view,” Mamann said. “They utilized the square footage wisely.”
