Irvine Company’s apartment communities swept this year’s Best of Orange County awards, a readers’ choice poll from The Orange County Register.
Lauded for its prime location and private access to Newport Bay’s nature preserve, Baypointe Apartment Homes in Newport Beach secured the No. 1 spot in the poll’s “Best Apartment Community” category.
In Irvine, Esperanza Apartment Homes earned the No. 2 spot, followed by Los Olivos at Irvine Spectrum at No. 3. Both properties were commended for their resort-style amenities, modern finishes, spacious floor plans and convenient location near shopping areas and job centers.
