Terran Orbital nabs top business award

Irvine-based Terran Orbital Corp. was named “Best Business of the Year” by the Greater Irvine Chamber. Terran serves the commercial aerospace and global defense industries by designing and producing satellites specializing in communications, Earth imaging and gathering lunar data. Founded in 2013, Terran Orbital operates manufacturing hubs in California and Italy and also provides support with launch planning and mission operations.

The award was announced at the Celebrate Irvine program recently. The chamber promotes local businesses and advances the region’s economic vitality, and the annual awards recognize outstanding individuals, along with firms demonstrating exceptional performance and innovation.
